Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Free shipping when you spend over $80 within New Zealand.

For orders under $80, a $6 flat rate shipping applies across New Zealand including rural delivery.

We do aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Once dispatched, delivery can be expected within 2-3 working days. However, the holiday season is here, and it’s our busiest (and most exciting!) time of the year! While we work hard to get your orders as quickly as possible, there may be slight delays during peak times, sales, and holidays. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!

RETURNS

Items can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund excluding items marked as FINAL SALE.

We offer seamless returns through Refundid.
