NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday. Once dispatched, delivery can be expected within 2-3 working days. More rural areas in New Zealand may take anywhere between 3 - 5 working days.
Due to a high volume of orders during sale periods and the public holiday dates in New Zealand, we anticipate a 3 - 5 business day delay to the dispatch of all orders. Our warehouse and online customer service teams are working extra hard to get your orders out the door and respond to your emails.
Please note that dispatch estimates do not include processing or shipment times from our shipping carriers; Post Haste.
Deliveries take place Monday - Friday.
Once the courier has picked up your order from a Flo & Frankie store, you'll be emailed a tracking number so that you can follow the journey of your parcel.
We use Post Haste for the majority of New Zealand deliveries.

BULKY ITEMS
Bulky items can be a bit tricky when it comes to delivery. If this is the case it will be identified in the product description and is excluded from normal shipping costs, however we’ll contact you with a freight quote on your request.

We are currently partnered with DHL for international shipping to Australia.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday for orders received before 10am AEST.
Metro cities across Australia can expect delivery within a day excluding Perth and Cairns which will take 1-2 days. Rural areas across Australia will take anywhere between 2-3 days.
