Founded by Alicia Robb and Bella Conyngham, this edition of Move For Good is in partnership with Everybody Eats, providing you with a dynamic Yoga x Pilates fusion class and a meal for a vulnerable Kiwi.

Where: Basecamp Power Yoga - 18 Westmoreland Street West, Grey Lynn
When: Sunday 10th July, 11:30am-12:30pm
What: A donation-based yoga pilates fusion class. Pay what you like with all koha directly donated to Everybody Eats.

Who is everybody eats:
Founded by Nick Loosley, Everybody Eats aim to be part of solving three huge problems we have in New Zealand, food waste, food poverty, and social isolation. Everybody Eats is not a soup kitchen; they provide their diners with beautifully plated meals served at shared tables, encouraging interactions in a dignified, safe and stigma-free environment. They take perfectly good raw food that would otherwise go to waste and turn it into restaurant quality 3-course meals. They’ve got it down to a fine art; a $5 donation can fund one 3-course meal for a vulnerable Kiwi.
What is Move for good:
The move for good cause is focused on getting kiwis moving and using their bodies while helping community organisations in New Zealand. This concept is focused around taking care of others by also taking care of yourself. Join them as they flow to fun tunes as a community, for the community! With spot prizes on the day and fun movements catering for all levels, it's an initiative where all are welcome.
