Deliveries take place Monday - Friday.
Once the courier has picked up your order from a Flo & Frankie store, you'll be emailed a tracking number so that you can follow the journey of your parcel.
We use Post Haste for the majority of New Zealand deliveries.
Bulky items can be a bit tricky when it comes to delivery. If this is the case it will be identified in the product description and is excluded from normal shipping costs, however we’ll contact you with a freight quote on your request.

Finally found the perfect linen pant. Second day wearing and they haven’t gone baggy. They sit nicely and the linen is light weight and looks great. Have them in black and I’m very tempted to get the natural.

Pants fit great, so comfy and a great staple for summer work wardrobe. They did shrink a little bit in length when washed, but were a bit too long to begin with so all worked out in the end!
Love them, and well worth the spend.

Beautiful fabric and colour but the sizing is way off. Bought the 14 for some room but it was probably a 10-12 sizing with a very small waist. Returned them, excellent service and communication from refund team. 👍

Unfortunately so disappointed, followed the washing instructions as the label said and they have shrunk in length, now too short to wear.
