Dates: Wednesday 19 August ‚ Wednesday 26 August (depending on any further Government announcements)

Times: 9am-2pm daily (retailers can decide what times to operate within these times)

Pick Up Location: Airbridge on Level One at entry point into the Centre

Parking Access: We have agreed with Auckland Transport for 30 minutes free parking at Downtown Car Park to enable customers to park and collect items via the Airbridge connection

Pedestrian Access: Airbridge via the old PwC podium and stairs from Lower Albert Street

Management: Our Concierge team led by Luciano will manage the collection point and communicate with retailers when customers arrive to collect. Retailers will need to bring the items to our Concierge team at the pick up location.

Queues: Pick up, waiting and exit lanes will be set up with queuing decals on the floor to keep 2m distancing

Contact Tracing: Govt QR code tracing app will be present at the collection point for each customer to sign in
