    Deliveries take place Monday - Friday. Once the courier has picked up your order from a Flo & Frankie store, you'll be emailed a tracking number so that you can follow the journey of your parcel.

    We use Post Haste for the majority of New Zealand deliveries.

    Bulky items can be a bit tricky when it comes to delivery. If this is the case it will be identified in the product description and is excluded from normal shipping costs, however we’ll contact you with a freight quote on your request.

    Our premium masque treatment balm is ideal for hair that is dry or damaged from colouring or heat tools. It is rich with natural oils to give your hair optimum restorative hydration, smoothness and shine.

    The silk hair balm is best used weekly or fortnightly and is ideal for hair that is dry or damaged from colouring and heat tools.

    Perfect for: All hair types. Especially for dry or damaged hair, frizzy hair. Colour and keratin safe.

    Hair texture: fine, medium or thick

    Scalp condition: normal, dry or oily

    Our balm tube is made from post-consumer resin (PCR) material and is 100% recyclable. PCR is an environmentally-friendly packaging option made from items that consumers recycle everyday. We like it because it reduces the impact on landfills.
