For a long time, the Bella and I have been huge fans of Soph & Em Martin, who are also known at the @tasty.twinsss by their Instagram family. The kiwi sisters are 'happiest when sweating and eating' and share weekly recipes that are delicious, healthy and allergy-friendly! They're all about listening to your body and looking after your mental health, which we think is incredibly important in a time like this. I guess you could say we have a bit of a girl crush on these local foodies!
This week they've kindly said we can share their '4 Ingredient Anzac Slice' recipe with you! This is in their words a super easy recipe with minimal ingredients, and a perf little iso snack 🤪🍪
4 Ingredient Anzac Slice
1 1/2 cup of oats
3/4 cup of coconut threads
1/2 cup of honey or maple/golden syrup
1/2 cup of melted coconut oil
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius on fan bake
2. Combine all ingredients and mix in a bowl (if it's too dry, add more honey).
3. Press down into a lined baking tine and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
4. Remove from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes, slice and eat!
